In today's chaotic world, everyone has an opinion about something. I believe, the reason we are so unbalanced in our lives is most of us are trying to live someone else expectations or their definition of who we should be. We put more value of their viewpoint instead of our own.
We try to be everything to everybody and end up looking at ourselves in the mirror, not knowing who is that person looking back at us.
It's your life and your perception of your reality is all that matters. Live your life and demand what you want because life has away of running by you so fast and before you know it your life journey has come to an end.
Where ever you are in life take a moment to live in the moment and decide what you want and take action. If you in the baby-boomer generation, society tries to push you in the corner and tell you your time is over to go after your dreams. However, it not over until the final curtain call. There is an inner voice in each of us that is telling you to keep going despite what we see, feel or hear.
Just keep moving redesign and revitalize your life. It is a continuous process.
I know, its easier said then done, especially if you have
been listening to sabotaging phrases for years and years.
You know the under minding statements you have said to yourself or others have said to you.
Why you want to do that...
If I were you, I would.. (guess what you are not me)
That will be a big mistake... (well it might be a great success)
Just cover your ears and listen to your heart and decide what is right for
you. It is time for you to renew your mind, body and soul.
Time to get back to the foundation of life....love, family and friends and most of all get to know who you are and what you you were created to do in the Prime Time of your life. Your first priority is YOU.
If you are not happy with you, how can you make anyone else happy.
It's your life and your perception, either the glass is half full or empty but maybe its both, its all in the way you see it.
Take time out and invest in yourself and well being and enjoy God's creation.....YOU.
I am a baby-boomer in the second phase of life. A reality check when you realize that you have more years behind you than in front of you.
